How to use

Cleanse and dry skin; remove makeup and SPF.
Place the Face mask (and Neck panel if included) and adjust the strap.
Power on, choose colour/mode and timer (10/20/30 min).
Relax until auto shut-off.
Apply hydrating serum and moisturiser; SPF in the daytime.
Start 3–4× weekly, then adjust to tolerance and goals.

Avoid use on broken, irritated, photosensitive or sunburnt skin.
If you have light sensitivity or take photosensitising medicines, seek professional advice before use.
